What’s New for the Aqua Marina Paddle Board?

Aqua Marina has 3 fun inflatable paddleboard packages that include everything you need to get going on the water. They have awesome colors and designs, and now you can choose the specific style you want depending on your needs…

1. The Aqua Marina Breeze:
Aqua Marina Breeze Inflatable SUP

This SUP measures 9’9″ in length with a 4″ thickness. It weighs about 17 lbs.

Pros of the Aqua Marina Paddle Board:

This smaller size makes the board easier to maneuver through the water and is ideal for smaller people (the SUP supports up to 209 lbs). It also makes it easier to carry down the beach when inflated and it weighs a couple pounds less than the larger versions.

The Aqua Marina Breeze includes a tri-fin set-up. This means that riders can switch out the fins for different styles of riding. A single longer center fin is better for paddling long stretches in flat water, while the 2 outer stubby fins work better for frequent turning or in rougher surf.

Cons of the Aqua Marina SUP:

A potential downside to this model is that the shorter length and width combined with the thinner design (4″ vs 6″) is that it is less stable for larger riders, even if the board can accommodate the weight.

Who Would Like this Inflatable SUP

The Breeze is a popular iSUP for families and beginners, due to the fact that it is versatile and the cheapest version of the 3 designs ($454 now $395.)

2. The Aqua Marina Fusion:
Aqua Marina Fusion Inflatable SUP

This SUP measures 10’10” in length with a 6″ thickness. It weighs about 20 lbs.

The Pros:

The Fusion is designed to accommodate larger riders and the additional thickness provides more stability, especially in waves.

Similar to the Breeze above, the Fusion is very versatile. People use is for both exploring and fitness. Note: Due to the increased stability of this model, it’s better for workout routines such as yoga where more balance is required.

The Cons:

The additional length makes the Fusion not as easy to maneuver as the Breeze above (especially if you are smaller individual. Since this board is larger, it weighs a few pounds more. You may want to consider this if you are a smaller person and plan to travel a lot with it.

Who is it for?

The Aqua Marina Fusion is for the person who wants a more stable SUP that can accommodate a larger person. It costs about $70 more. ($570 $385)

3. The Aqua Marina Vapor:
Aqua Marina Vapor Inflatable SUP

This SUP measures 10’10” in length with a 4″ thickness. It weighs about 20 lbs.

The Vapor is almost identical to the Fusion above. The only significant differences are the 4″ thickness (vs the 6″ thickness in the Fusion), the color and the cost.

The Fusion provides a more stable paddling surface (or for doing paddleboard yoga, etc..). If stability doesn’t matter to you, I’d suggest choosing your SUP by the color you prefer (orange or blue) and the price you want to pay.

Aqua Marina Stand-Up Paddleboard Similarities:

Each of the inflatable paddle boards above come with the following accessories included:

  • High Pressure Manual Air Pump
